Berlin Hooping - please help :)

Hello my tokyo hoopstars! oh how i miss thee!! well so the scene in Berlin is pretty lame and i think what's missing is dd hoop love - u know that light and energy she sprinkles around making everyone wanna be her friend and get in a hoop? well that's what missing i think. Failing in my attempts to convince her to move here i've decided i'm just gonna have to take a page out of her book and take matters into my own hands. So i'm trying to start a berlin ning hoop community and I need some help. I need lots of hoopers to join and post stuff so all the scaredy cat little isolated hoopers in berlin will get excited and crawl out of the woodworks - pretty please sign up and post :)

Stories I've heard about other locations sound like school cliques and popularity contests. Even in Tokyo, there are some closed doors and groups that don't want to get together to play. It is frustrating, but that hasn't stopped our fun for long.

You can make the smiles and laughter and sharing happen. Keep inviting people to hoop - coworkers, friends, neighbors, strangers in the park - and share the love. It will come back around to you. Building a community is like learning a new hoop trick. It feels awkward and takes a while to come together, but when it gels you wonder why it took so long to get it.

Really sorry that the Berlinsters are being.... bitchy. Just keep hooping :)
I am headed over to Pittsburgh this week and will let you know how their hoop scene is. Seems at bit dead at the moment, going to have to try and bring some life.
