Hoop Boot Camp is a 30 Day program developed to inspire, motivate and support hoopers.
Hoop Boot Camp can be started at any time, however our program will officially launch on August 1. This gives us a little time to get prepared, set some personal goals, invite friends to join us and kick start our transformation.
This 30 day program is designed as a guide to transformation whether it be physical, spiritual, emotional or other wise. The program will be based on reaching for goals, incorporating new and conscious movement and habits.
Each day, for 30 days, you will be provided with an inspirational support pack consisting of a written and visual online guide that will support you to make improvements in your real life.
We encourage you to use the program as you see fit however participation, action and movement will lead to greater results.
