My goals are short and sweet.. Hoop more Eat better Raise energy levels Summer is hard on my energy levels so I need to watch what I eat and keep moving. Sitting under the air-con while a short term fix is not conducive to energy levels.

How about some tricks for busy people to find the time!! I would just love to hoop more than I do now but I need some minions to get all my jobs done first. I know I need to hoop more to stave off the summer lethargy. Move, eat and thrive in Summer.

Tokyo paved in gold

Just wanted to comment on the most stunning walk I had to work today. The streets were all covered in golden leaves from the ginko trees. It was just lovely and I have arrived at work feeling calm and happy with the world.

I just wanted to share!! I need to remember to keep my eyes open and enjoy the here and now more often. It is good to get out of one's head as much as possible - especially if the head is mine.

Am still ill - suffering sinus now - I hope I didn't pass on my germs to anybody… Continue
